Refund & Cancellation Policy

Suppliers may cancel their subscription within 10 days from the subscription date by contacting MUNAQIS through the official contact channels provided on our website.

A supplier who cancels within the 10-day cancellation period may be eligible for a full refund, provided that the subscription has not been materially used or the supplier has not substantially benefited from the paid subscription services.

Where the subscription has been materially used during this period, MUNAQIS may assess the refund request based on the services already provided and the applicable terms of the subscription.

After the 10-day cancellation period has expired, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including any unused portion of the subscription period, unless otherwise required by applicable Saudi laws and regulations.

If a subscription is set to renew automatically, suppliers may cancel their subscription before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following subscription period.

Cancellation of a subscription will not affect any outstanding payment obligations incurred before the cancellation date.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

MUNAQIS may consider refund requests outside the standard refund period in exceptional circumstances, at its reasonable discretion and where permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
